At WAVES x ROCKS, every piece is crafted with care and intention — and we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and original packaging must be intact

• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Limited edition or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process once received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
